Yin Yoga Class in Berlin Kreuzberg

Yin and Yang describe the two facets of existence.
Most of modern western Yoga to are dynamic designed to work only half of our body, the muscular half, the “Yang” tissue.
YIN YOGA works on the other half, the deeper ‘Yin” tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even our bones. Holding every position for several minutes we both work on our body and learn to find stillness in our mind.
Harmony and health are created when conditions arise where the contrasting aspects are in balance. All level are welcome, from absolute beginners to advanced.
The Yin Yoga class will finish with a gentle massage with essential oil during Shavasana (final relaxation). You are welcome to sip some tea after or before the class. All the props are provided, if you prefer bring your own mat.

I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, and had completed my vinyasa flow training in the USA. I have also been trained as a Yin yoga teacher by Kari Kwinn in Colorado. My continuing education hours include a weekend workshop with Shiva Rea at NM School of Yoga, where I was introduced to teaching Elemental Prana Flow.
I have enjoyed teaching vinyasa, restorative, and Yin yoga to my students in NM for over a year now. It was a great joy to share those styles of yoga with the community. I am currently available to teach in English and Italian to make students of many different backgrounds comfortable in my class.
