Since years Yoga is part of her life. Last year she made a dream come true and traveled through India for six months to join different Ashrams and Yoga schools. She completed her Yoga teacher training in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. In Sri Lanka she worked as an advanced Yoga teacher in a Surf and Yoga resort.
Yoga surely became the perfect way to focus her body and mindset. Pranayama, meditation and her daily practice lead her through her healthy and active lifestyle. She wants to spread the love of Yoga all around the world and wants to teach her students in awareness and self-consciousness. Her mantra: Close your eyes, breathe and go deep into your wild.
