Hatha Flow Yoga with Gracy

Hatha (Sanskrit ha: “sun” and tha: “moon”) is a traditional Yoga style and means “willful” or "forceful”. The asanas will be hold for a few breaths long so that you can go deeper in every pose and feel your body breathing.
Through the practice of Hatha Yoga the students learn to balance the mind and body, chakras through specific asanas and controlled, meditative breathing complement the physical movements.
Gracy teaches Hatha Flow Yoga every Friday in Berlin Kreuzberg. The strength and peacefulness of the classy Hatha Yoga is combined with the fluent dynamics of Vinyasa Yoga.
Within a flow of breathing and gentle movements, students will hold challenging asanas to focus on their strengths and physical shape. Her class is a variation of harmonic body workouts and a dynamic flow with lots of relaxations to feel inner peace within yourself.
The Friday yoga class is a good chance for beginners and intermediates to finish the week with athletic asanas and a strong mindset. A short meditation helps to start the weekend more energized and relaxed.

Since years Yoga is part of her life. Last year she made a dream come true and traveled through India for six months to join different Ashrams and Yoga schools. She completed her Yoga teacher training in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. In Sri Lanka she worked as an advanced Yoga teacher in a Surf and Yoga resort.
Yoga surely became the perfect way to focus her body and mindset. Pranayama, meditation and her daily practice lead her through her healthy and active lifestyle. She wants to spread the love of Yoga all around the world and wants to teach her students in awareness and self-consciousness.
Her mantra: Close your eyes, breathe and go deep into your wild.
