Hatha YogaEvery Friday 20.00-21.30
„Ha“ means „Sun“, "Tha" means "Moon". "Yoga" means „Unity/Harmony“. The main purpose of Hatha Yoga is to balance Ida and Pingala, the lunar and the solar, the sympathetic and the parasympathetic forces in the body. It is believed that imbalance in these two forces creates illness in the body and in the mind, and by balancing them you can overcome different physical and psychological ailments and diseases.

Ania loves yoga and has been practicing it since many years. Yoga had a profound healing impact on her life and turned it into a continuous beautiful journey. A desire to spread this wonderful ancient knowledge led Ania to India where she could delve deeper into yoga and complete her yoga teacher training (RYT 200) in Rishikesh. She teaches Hatha Yoga in Berlin and keeps on studying and living yoga every day. Ania is greatly inspired by the teachings of Swami Satyananda, Swami Niranjanananda and the Bihar School of Yoga and integrates these teachings into her classes. She is always happy to share her inspiration and knowledge with you. Besides teaching and loving yoga, Ania loves movement and moving people, and works as a freelance choreographer in Berlin.
