Mindful Morning YogaTime: Tuesday - 8:00-9:00
There’s a magic to mornings, to empty streets, and empty minds.
Lovingly wake up your mind and body in this open level, beginner-friendly yoga class. ‘Mindful Morning Yoga’ is 60-minute transition: From sleeping to awake, from dreams to focus, and from grumpy to peaceful. For everyone who won’t give up becoming a morning person (like me).
Gentle stretches to begin of the yoga class. Surya flows to synchronize movement with the breath, and a sequence of thoughtfully held poses, as well as dynamic variations, while maintaining the natural curves in the spine. The yoga class ends with pranayama, and a longer meditation to mentally prepare for the day. Self-care oriented practice. No pressure, no competition.

About the teacher: Nori
Nori works as a psychologist and yoga teacher (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance) in Berlin. She got high on yoga in the summer of 2014 at a Spanish festival, and, two years later, completed a 200-hour teacher training in the style of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Ubud, Bali. More recently, she was introduced to the Bowspring method, a new approach for functional posture, in a 10-day workshop with its founders Desi Springer and John Friend.
