In this challenging flow, you can expect a HIIT inspired, effective Pilates workout for your whole body. The repeated rounds of exercises build strength and endurance, and train your performance. Perfect for anyone who wants to train mindfully but really push their limits at the same time. 

You can expect some powerful and driving Tech House and Techno tunes in this class.ä

We move barefoot or on socks, so you won't need shoes. The class will be in English if needed.
