90 min. Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Taught in English)

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. We use Ujjayi breathing technique, done by inhaling and exhaling in a rhythmic manner through the nose. It enlivens and expands the lungs, pulling fresh air and expelling stale air and stress. The goal is to do whatever it takes to stay focused and present. It helps to develop a more balanced body as well as mind.
Vinyasa yoga is about harmony, grace and fluidity.
In Vinyasa class we move together to support one another and create a connection. It reminds us that everything is connected and interdependent.

Join me for a perfect balanced practice: 60 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga plus 30 minutes of relaxing Flow Yoga. Everybody and all level are welcome, modifications given for all. All the props are provided. If you prefer, bring your own yoga mat.

About Ines:
Ines is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and had completed her Vinyasa flow training in the USA. She has also been trained as a Yin yoga teacher by Kari Kwinn in Colorado. Her continuing education hours include a weekend workshop with Shiva Rea at NM School of Yoga, where she was introduced to teaching Elemental Prana Flow.
She is passionate about leading annual retreats with man and women in Greece and other parts of the world.
Ines is currently available to teach in English and Italian to make students of many different backgrounds comfortable in her class.
