Vinyasa Yoga with KokoWednesday: 20:00-21:30 Uhr
This Vinyasa Yogaclass is part of the Yoga Trial Card-Special
Join my 90-minute Vinyasa Yoga classes, which are energetic and lighthearted with plenty of opportunities to work on alignment and to connect the breath to the movement. We work up a sweat and you’ll be challenged to try something new, while not taking yourself too seriously. There is always a gentle restorative phase, occasionally followed by meditation. My Vinyasa Yoga classes are usually accompanied by hand-picked playlists including ambient, world music, hip-hop, house and techno.
Due to my own issues with knee joints and arthritis, I am particularly mindful of offering a practice that is sustainable for yoga students with knee problems.
I offer vinyasa yoga classes in Berlin Kreuzberg that are safe and accessible for all body types and levels of experience, while suggesting challenges and opportunities to grow and discover one’s own strength and inner wisdom on and off the mat.
