Koko is a Yoga Alliance-certified (RYT-200) Vinyasa Yoga teacher, who’s been on the mat since 2002 and teaching group and private classes since 2016.
My vinyasa yoga classes are energetic, lighthearted, and accompanied by awesome hand-picked playlists. Safety, alignment and stability are the pillars of my teaching. I take care to make my classes accessible for all body types and levels of experience, while suggesting challenges and opportunities to grow and discover one’s own strength on and off the mat.
Due to my own issues with knee joints and arthritis, I am particularly mindful of offering a practice that is sustainable for students with knee problems.
